The flat feeling is the old pattern releasing out of your aura. Your aura is the electromagnetic field that surrounds your body.

Quantum Ho'oponopono simply means looking at the chosen issue, roadblock, intended manifestation or relationship from different perspectives, each one we do the clearing phrases on, and each one gives you different energy clearing and insights. I hold a very strong and supportive space for this so that you can really go deep.

There is a lot of unconditional love in the way I work; thus there is often emotional release as the love is healing old wounds and releasing to you your ability to love yourself and others more fully. 

It is intense and there really isn't anything else that gives you such powerful results so quickly.
